Week 3 - A Work in Progress

The last couple of weeks have gone by very quickly.  I had intended to be a week ahead with my studies, in case situations arose that derailed my progress, and this was one of those weeks.  I started feeling one afternoon at work - tired, foggy, and fluey.  I thought I was just run down, but three days later I tested positive for Covid... again.  Work was off the table, which gave me time to rest, but my mind was so sluggish that it made studying difficult too.  Luckily, I had made extensive notes for the upcoming assessment, so it was simply a matter of translating those notes into a cohesive and coherent paragraph for each section.  I felt quite proud, and realised my journey of self-discovery and improvement has been many years in the process, and this activity was going to be easier than I thought.  I submitted the assessment early, and although I am confident I presented everything I wanted to, and I hoping I have not rushed it.

This week's module had a lot more reading than previous weeks, and although a lot of the content was familiar, given that I have done an Undergrad Certificate in Creative Arts, it was a thorough refresher on terminology and design elements.  Despite a week of upheaval, I'm happy that I remained focused, and am thankfully still a little ahead of the study schedule.
